Evidence infrastructure for menopause

Make sense of what you're experiencing.

EMBR helps you track symptoms, see patterns over time, and turn your experience into evidence you can bring into your healthcare conversations.

EMBR is currently onboarding a limited group of early users.

Not a diagnosis. Not medical advice. A clearer record for you and your healthcare conversations.

The problem

Your symptoms are data.

  • The headache last Tuesday.
  • The night you barely slept.
  • The afternoon you could not concentrate.
  • The week your energy disappeared.

When those moments are scattered across memory, notes and appointments, the bigger picture is easy to lose.

EMBR helps you capture the pattern.

How it works

  1. Track

    Capture what you're experiencing.

Log symptoms with severity, cycle entries, daily context like sleep and stress, and the treatments you try. A hot flash can be a single tap.

  2. See patterns

    Understand changes across time.

Your timeline and Signals show how often symptoms appear, which ones occur together, and how your cycle has changed.

  3. Build your brief

Turn your record into a structured summary.

Choose a date range and EMBR builds an EMBR BRIEF from what you've logged in it.

  4. Prepare for care

Bring clearer evidence into the conversation.

Review the brief, download it as a PDF, and take it to the conversation with your healthcare provider.

The product

From symptom tracking to evidence.

An ordinary symptom tracker stores entries. EMBR connects them. Every log becomes part of a dated, longitudinal record, and that record feeds directly into a structured summary built for a healthcare conversation.

Patterns come from fixed, transparent rules applied to what you've logged, not from guesswork. When EMBR shows a signal, you can see the days it came from.

One dated record
Symptoms, cycle entries, daily context and treatments sit on the same timeline, so nothing has to be pieced together later.
Signals with their evidence
When two symptoms are logged on the same day at least three times, EMBR shows it, along with the dates behind it.
Connected to your brief
The same record becomes the summary you bring to your appointment. Nothing re-entered, nothing reconstructed from memory.

EMBR BRIEF

A clearer way to walk into the appointment.

EMBR turns your tracked symptoms, cycle information, patterns and relevant history into a structured EMBR BRIEF that you can review and bring into a healthcare conversation.

It is a summary of your recorded data, not a diagnosis and not medical advice.

  • Symptom frequency, a cycle summary, the treatments you logged, and how the period compares with the one before.
  • Each pattern links back to the dates it was logged, so it can be checked rather than taken on trust.
  • Suggested questions for you to raise. Not treatment recommendations.
  • A PDF you can download, print or share with the person you're seeing.

Your healthcare provider makes the clinical decisions. EMBR helps you arrive with a clearer record.

The evidence gap

Your experience deserves a record.

Menopause symptoms rarely arrive all at once. They unfold over weeks and months, shift in intensity, and overlap with sleep, stress and everything else going on.

That makes them hard to remember accurately and hard to describe in a short appointment. What gets said in the room is often a summary of the last few days, not the last few months.

A consistent, dated record helps close that gap. Not by interpreting your body for you, but by making sure what you experienced is written down.

  • Dated, not remembered

Each entry is recorded on the day it happens.

  • Consistent over time

The same symptom categories and severity scale every time, so change is visible.

  • Descriptive, not diagnostic

EMBR describes what you logged. It does not tell you what is causing it.

Your data

Your record belongs to you.

EMBR is built so that your health record stays under your control.

Built from your entries
Every pattern and summary is computed from what you've logged, not blended with anyone else's data.
Take it with you
Export your symptom logs, cycle entries and treatments as CSV, or a clinician summary as PDF, whenever you choose.
Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your symptom logs, cycle entries, daily context, treatments, briefs and settings from EMBR.
See where you're signed in
Review your active sessions and sign out of any device from Settings.
If your employer offers EMBR
Organization admins see only aggregated, anonymized trends, and nothing at all when a group is too small to keep individuals from being identified. They never see your individual symptom logs or briefs.
